Understand items are handmade when ordered and therefore non-returnable. I am available for questions/swatches are available before and after purchase.
Order samples to make sure you order correct veil and measure lengths to get correct lengths.
I do offer exchanges in the event I have made a mistake.
Garters are not returnable,(lingerie and personal).
How long will it take to receive my item?

I use 100% Nylon illusion tulle and 100% Polyester English Net

If needed, Press/Iron with a protective cover or cloth
you can steam too,low to medium temperature but please
test on sample added in your order for this purpose to
avoid scorching or burning your veil.
Spot clean, hang freely to loose wrinkles from transit.

Honest review. Beautiful veil but had some issues with postage and seller communication. I ordered pre: the new year and seller said would have it out in the post within the following days but shipping stamp was for Jan 8th. Paid for Priority shipping from US to Aust but still didn't arrive til 22nd Jan (cutting it close to our wedding just this weekend) - I understand this isn't under seller control but it would have been less of an issue if posted as per the timeline discussed. We also had messages re: being sent the veil with hair pins but it was posted with a silver comb attached. On further discussion with seller, they kindly refunded the shipping costs. The veil itself was beautiful. Came in a box and was crushed into oblivion and I was worried at first but after having it hung up for 3 days the crinkles all smoothed out.

I spent ages looking for a plain drop veil in ivory that was waltz length. This is a very sheer veil. The vendor was SUPER HELPFUL; I only found this veil a few weeks before my wedding and she went out of her way to ship it internationally the very next day. It arrived 2 days before my wedding! She obviously was keen for me to be happy with the product and checked my colour choice to ensure it really would match my dress. I am very happy with her service and would recommend her to others.
