Understand items are handmade when ordered and therefore non-returnable. I am available for questions/swatches are available before and after purchase.
Order samples to make sure you order correct veil and measure lengths to get correct lengths.
I do offer exchanges in the event I have made a mistake.
Garters are not returnable,(lingerie and personal).
How long will it take to receive my item?

All items are made in USA, I make them myself
in California.

I use 100% Nylon illusion tulle and 100% Polyester English Net

Care instructions
If needed, Press/Iron with a protective cover or cloth
you can steam too,low to medium temperature but please
test on sample added in your order for this purpose to
avoid scorching or burning your veil.
Spot clean, hang freely to loose wrinkles from transit.

I live in Canada. Bought a "blush" colored dress at a bridal boutique, but was never able to find a matching veil. Fell upon this etsy store and decided to message the person in charge. 1) communication is excellent, she literally answers you in like 1 minute. 2) she right away sent me 3 samples or 3 different colored blush veil. So, i got to make sure it was the exact color of my dress. 3)since my order was a bit last minute, she made sure to asure me that she would be able to make it and send it to me in time. 4) the packaging was perfect, she puts it in a square box so it doesnt get squished, and even send you care instructions. 5) And, the best part, her prices are unbeatable!!!
