Understand items are handmade when ordered and therefore non-returnable. I am available for questions/swatches are available before and after purchase.
Order samples to make sure you order correct veil and measure lengths to get correct lengths.
I do offer exchanges in the event I have made a mistake.
Garters are not returnable,(lingerie and personal).
How long will it take to receive my item?

If needed, Press/Iron with a protective cover or cloth
you can steam too,low to medium temperature but please
test on sample added in your order for this purpose to
avoid scorching or burning your veil.
Spot clean, hang freely to loose wrinkles from transit.

Perfect addition to my wedding day attire! This veil is beautiful and very well made. It did not wrinkle during shipping, or in the 3 hour car ride to our venue. The plastic comb did not pull my hair or give me a headache, and it was secure, but I did add a couple of bobby pins to be safe. Our big day was a windy one, so it did blow back a couple of times, but it truly looked great both ways!

This item shipped extremely quickly and Silvia took a lot of care to package the veil so that it wouldn't get wrinkled and she included detailed care instructions. The veil is just as beautiful as in the pictures, and the material has a really pretty, gold shimmer that you can only see if you're really close to it. The veil is very transparent, which is exactly what I wanted for pictures.
