Understand items are handmade when ordered and therefore non-returnable. I am available for questions/swatches are available before and after purchase.
Order samples to make sure you order correct veil and measure lengths to get correct lengths.
I do offer exchanges in the event I have made a mistake.
Garters are not returnable,(lingerie and personal).
How long will it take to receive my item?

I use 100% Nylon illusion tulle and 100% Polyester English Net

If needed, Press/Iron with a protective cover or cloth
you can steam too,low to medium temperature but please
test on sample added in your order for this purpose to
avoid scorching or burning your veil.
Spot clean, hang freely to loose wrinkles from transit.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SHOP!!!! Item took over 6 weeks to ship. I ordered on august 8th.. when I still didn't receive it I contacted the shop on September 9th. They said it would go out the next day in two day shipping and THEY LIED!!!! September 16th rolled around and they still hadn't shipped it so I contacted them again and got no response just that it was shipped. Now it's September 19th and it's still not in and I need it tomorrow. I'm EXTREMELY disappointed.

The veil arrived in perfect shape and was exactly as shown in the picture. The craftmanship was excellent, and Silvia was extremely accommodating in providing information on the progress of the veil. Everything was perfect! I highly recommend.

The shop took awhile to deliver the veil, even though we are in the same city. When I tried to contact, I received no follow up. Then the shop delivered the wrong order. Veil was a bit wrinkled when it arrived, despite the post saying it was packaged carefully.
